Before opening this product has an average lifespan of 3 years (at manufacturing date) at room temperature (see Date of Optimal Use Limit on the capsule) . This excludes products packaged in plastic containers that will have an average lifespan of 6 months (as of the date of manufacture).
After opening keep refrigerated. It is advisable to consume them within 72 hours.
